The Crest Club Award is given to the top 20 salespeople in a particular region and is only given to 100 salespeople in total nationally. Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota is the only dealership in the entire country to have four of their salespeople win this prestigious award. These four members of our team are:

The Crest Club Award is given based on the number of vehicles sold. In order to receive this award, salespeople must stay up-to-date with training and customer service standards, and meet other technical requirements.

2019 Dealership of the Year Award
This award is distributed by Cadillac's parent company, General Motors. In order to qualify, a dealership must fall into the top two percent of the nation in regards to customer service. This award goes to dealerships who don't simply meet sales expectations, they exceed them. They must lead the brand in sales for both new and certified preowned vehicles, and meet top marketing standards.
In addition, dealerships must be responsive to online reviews from customers and use the latest technology available to customers, and the top techniques for digital advertising like SEO, SEM, etc. General Motors assesses the quality of a dealership through these measures and also through mystery shopping audits to make sure everyone is getting the absolute best customer service. And great customer service means going above and beyond, like offering 24-hour roadside service, courtesy loaner vehicles during repairs or service, and pick-up and drop-off service for vehicle maintenance (also known as vehicle concierge).
In order to be awarded Dealership of the Year, dealerships must qualify for the Cadillac Elite program for each quarter of that year. To qualify, a dealership must exceed standards when training technicians, lower wait times for its customers and maintain or exceed customer satisfaction. This is the highest award a dealership can receive, and Sunset Cadillac is proud to be the recipient of this honor, as it is often given to dealerships in larger markets like Miami and Orlando.
