The Powertrain Limited Warranty covers vehicles 2013 or newer for six years or 70,000 miles. Also with no deductible from the original in-service date of the vehicle plus any repairs. This includes anything that needs to be done to the engine, transmission, or drive systems and even covers defects due to material or workmanship error.
Lastly, the 24 months/Unlimited-Mile Limited Parts Warranty offers a coverage period on a majority of repairs including labor. As long as you go to a Cadillac dealership you will be covered from brakes, rotors and equipment alternators. Warranty Specifics
The warranty comes in many forms and separates by different years for different needs. Brand new cars get access to first maintenance visits, oil/filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point vehicle inspection. You can also get additional protection which is six years or 70,000 miles with the new 2019-2020 models.
You can also enjoy two years of Onstar Safety & Security Plan coverage, Cadillac connected services plus three months of LTE data. A very nice feature they also have is that they provide roadside assistance and courtesy transportation for when your vehicle is in the shop. Even 2017-2018 models share benefits that are similar to the first warranty contract. However, there are minor changes with the older models being provided with a 3 year or 36,000 miles with access to oil changes, tire rotations and also passenger compartment air filter replacements. Lastly, they have the warranty for Cadillac's that are between 2011-2016 providing them with a four year or 50,000-mile guarantee including some benefits from both the previous warranty plans.
