At Sarasota Cadillac, we say "the more you seek out excellence, the more you belong at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota." The same excellence mirrors that expression we find in our staff, every day. They don't just sell luxury vehicles. They embody our values: Trust, Integrity, and world-class Customer Service. And the latest team member to exemplify those values is none other than our Sales Manager, Scott Johnston.
 
Scott's success is directly attributed to his ability to see beyond the concept of a "deal," and instead, treat every interaction with respect, honesty, and transparency. It this doesn't just mean transparency with customers. It means living those values to help create and maintain positive relationships with management and other sales professionals. It's about creating an environment that fosters success for anyone that walks through the dealership's doors.
 
We asked Scott what he loves about the dealership, and he said:
 
"I love selling luxury vehicles in a luxurious community located minutes from the number one beach (Siesta Key)," ...and honestly, it's hard to argue with that. Wake up in paradise, build some great relationships with customers and team members, all by selling one of the most luxurious, innovative, and well-respected brands in the world.
 
And for the record Scott's not just talking about building relationships, he's actively doing it. Last year Scott mentored four Crest Club winners, an award given to the very best of the best in the Southeast region of the United States for top sales and customer satisfaction. There's also the fact that four winners at one store in the same year has never happened before.
 
But he's human, right? I'd say Scott is quickly approaching Avenger status. Imparting some final sage advice as only a Sarasota Super Sales Manager can, Scott reminded us:
 
"...if you haven't experienced Cadillac lately, you haven't experienced luxury," and that makes a lot of sense when you take a look at the new XT4, one of the boldest entries into the market from Cadillac, described as unmistakable in its appearance.
